Within the scope of InstaFlow services, personal data such as name, surname, email address, phone number, and communication details may be processed when users contact us or use our services. Personal data is processed for the purposes of providing and improving services, responding to user requests and inquiries, ensuring platform security, performing technical support activities, and fulfilling legal obligations. Data is processed only for these purposes and in compliance with KVKK.

InstaFlow processes only publicly available (public) Instagram data provided by users or accessed in accordance with applicable laws. InstaFlow does not collect private messages, private account content, or confidential information without the user’s explicit consent. Processed data is used solely to deliver AI-powered analysis, insights, and automation features.
InstaFlow does not sell, rent, or commercially share personal data. Personal data may be shared with trusted service providers (such as hosting, infrastructure, or security services) only when necessary for operational purposes and under strict confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Personal data is retained only for the period required by the purpose of processing or as mandated by applicable legislation. InstaFlow implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or misuse.
Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, data subjects have the right to: learn whether personal data is processed, request information regarding processing, request correction or deletion of personal data, object to unlawful processing, and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
